The Raiders were just able to squeak out a victory last week against Huston 25-20 but they did not look very good doing so. The Browns had a much worse performance last week losing to the Titans 31-13.  With the passing of Al Davis there has been tremendous pressure on the Raiders to play well this week at home in memory of Al, and the spread relates to this news and the licking the Browns got last week.
